Registration
Please note:
- ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER, including presenting authors of accepted abstracts.
- All receptions, lunches and the conference banquet at Manchester United's stadium (Old Trafford) are included in these registration fees.
- We regret that we are unable to offer refunds of registration fees after Friday July 18th, 2008.
Registration pricing
Early registration (by Friday July 18th, 2008)
- Standard fee 280 GBP (see note 1).
- Fee for existing EUROMECH members 260 GBP.
- Standard fee for PhD and postdoctoral researchers 170 GBP (see note 2).
- Fee for PhD/postdoc researchers who are existing EUROMECH members 150 GBP (see note 2).
Late registration (on or after Saturday July 19th, 2008)
- Standard fee 330 GBP (see note 1).
- Fee for existing EUROMECH members 310 GBP.
- Standard fee for PhD and postdoctoral researchers 270 GBP (see note 2).
- Fee for PhD/postdoc researchers who are existing EUROMECH members 250 GBP (see note 2).
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the conference should contact us at efmc@maths.manchester.ac.uk. The invitation does not financially obligate the conference in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate. Please give your address if a hardcopy is required, otherwise a PDF version will be sent to you via email.
Notes
1. For non-EUROMECH members a free one-year membership is included in the standard conference fee. If you do not wish to take advantage of this offer, please indicate this in the `special requests' section of the registration form (the standard fee remains the same).
2. Participants applying for PhD student or postdoctoral researcher fee should fax a proof of their eligibility status to +44 (0) 161 306 3220 or email in PDF format to the conference organisers. Please mark any documents with your name and the keyword `EFMC7'. Post-doctoral researchers must be within three years of receipt of their PhD. All supporting documentation must be received by June 27th, 2008.
